Hochzeit in Minden

We would like to get married in the beginning of January or February 2014 in Minden.
We are going to be 15 persons maximum and we have a budget of 1000 euros. We would like to rent not a big place, may be a small party room/ a part of a bar/ chill out space in a night club. We would also like to have catering service (buffet or fingerfood). The alcohol is in our charge.
